Understanding where a student is in their career development can alleviate frustrations and create a supportive experience. Join this one-hour virtual session to reflect on how to be a successful supervisor and co-educator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Facilitator Bio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Karen Schaffer is the author of three books on careers (<em>Hire Power<\/em>, <em>The Job of Your Life<\/em>, and <em>The<\/em> <em>Complete Book of Resumes<\/em>) as well as a co-author of six guides for career professionals called <em>Career Work in Action<\/em>. She has been a Career Counsellor for 25 years, with nearly 15 of them spent at Saint Mary\u2019s University. She has spoken to thousands of students over the years, and loves helping people understand themselves better.
