2026 TRACK Training & Webinar Schedule

Tuesdays on TRACK

For 2026: All webinars will be offered on Tuesdays from 1:30-2:30pm. A limited number of individual coaching appointments will be offered as follow-up. Registration is FREE for museums/organizations participating in TRACK. More than one staff/volunteer per museum may register. Webinars are available for participants not enrolled in the TRACK program for a fee.

Museum Volunteers: Practical Tips and Trends
with Rosemary Wagner

This session focuses on contemporary trends in museum volunteering and provides practical guidance and usable tip-sheets on revitalizing your small museum volunteer program. We review how to engage the NextGen, families, inter-generational and corporate volunteering into your site daily operations. In addition, we will include information on how to consider succession planning for your museum Board of Directors by implementing a Director-In-Training program.
